I hate the owners here, they are way too strict. I am a college student at davis and 5 of my friends and I tried to rent a place and they wouldnt let 5 or us do it they said only 4. So we decided to just sign the papers with 4 of us and have the 5th person just live there and pay rent but the owners found out and kicked us out mid-year which was complete -------- because it was hard to find a new place.
