Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
 
prices are great for low-income college students, but the spaces in the bedrooms are way too small. the managers do an ok job.
repairs are quick sometimes for some people and one's got to be grateful for that because some managers around davis are too bitchy or mean or strict (e.g. house inspections many times during a year).
