I've lived at Eastlake apartments for 4 years, 2000-2002 and 2003-present. I moved out in 2002 because I wanted to try out other places and was that the biggest mistake I ever made. I moved back to Eastlake the next opportunity I had in 2003 and have been very happy ever since. The floor plans here are quite spacious. Though the prices may be $100 more than other places in town, its well worth it because of the attention each renter gets from the apt. manager, Billy Bowen. If I'm correct, she knows every renter by name and makes an effort to be attentive to any concerns. Maintinence is also quick a prompt.

I couldn't have asked for a better apartment to live at.
