I have lived at Eastlake for almost 2 years now and I have no complaints. I love my apartment its very cozy and a good size. The only downfall is that I dont have a washer and dryer. There arent just students here, its a good mixture with professionals so its generally quiet. The maintenance man Ramon is always very helpful and the manager Billie is the sweetest lady youll ever meet. She takes care of everyone here like they were her family. I am really sad to go, but I have to due to a job transfer or I would stay for atleast two more years. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to live in Davis.
