I have renewed my contract at Eastlake and I love it here. Its quiet,no parties at 2:00 am, and I love getting up in the morning and hearing the birds chearping in the trees.
I plan on staying untill I finish school.

This review must have been written by the staff. There is a fire station next door, there is landscaping at 8 in the morning. It is not quiet.

I am never bothered by the fire station, and big deal if the landscapers come once a freakin' week. Get earplugs. It IS quiet here.
