You pay for what you get, but the noise is free

This is an extremely noisy complex that you should not think about renting. Every Wednesday you will have the unpleasant experience of waking up to gasoline leafblowersh and or chainsaws at 8:20 AM. The management refuses to push it back. The complex is also next to a firehouse. The walls are paper thin as well.
A word on the management: the on site offices are not open anymore, any buisness you have with them besides signing the lease will be done through the office at lakeshore apartments.
The hot tub is only warm, the garbage disposal clogs, but the real problem here is the horrible noise.

I am annoyed too when they do the leaf blower in the morning, but they have to do it sometime, and it's not like they can dictate the schedule of the guys they pay to come do it. Earplugs work wonders. I don't have much of a problem with noise through the walls(except when one particularly rude person plays their thumping music until midnight some weekends), and they always come fix any problem I have immediately or really close to it. I never even notice the firehouse. Also, they do have office hours here, though they seem irregular, and sometimes you do have to go to Lakeshore. I love it here though, and I'm hoping I don't have to leave due to a lease screw-up on the part of a staff member who is no longer working here.
