I have to agree with the previous review -- it was fabulous when Billie was there. The new management screwed us out of our apartment by verbally affirming that we were set to continue our lease another year, but then renting our apartment to someone else and manufacturing shady paperwork to "prove" that they informed us about it (they did not, obviously, because we wanted to stay there and would have taken action immediately had we known they had reneged on their verbal agreement). We were basically kicked out of our apartment for no reason other than the various rotation of anonymous people in the office did not do their collective job. They also took a big chunk of our deposit after we did exactly everything they told us to do during the pre-move out walk through. Too bad, the apartments are really nice and we would have not left there until we left Davis.
