ants and dsl

You CAN NOT get dsl here. The buildings are old and have bad wiring so your dial up modem will max out at 28.8 bps. Somehow cell phones dont work (AT&T, Verison) well due to a large cingular tower next door.

Appartments are infested with ants. The management does not adress the issue.

When you move out they charge you to turnover the appartment and do a light paint. Most davis appartments dont charge you for this.
