I lived here for the last 2 years of my college life, and I wouldn't have lived anywhere else! It was a perfect place to study because it was quiet, with a majority of professional people and respectful college people living there. I made use of the fitness center daily, which had everything I needed. The managers were very accomodating. When I had noise complaints, Brenda took care of them right away. The maintenance guys were always nice and friendly. I felt safe. The floorplans are big and spacious, with central a/c and a w/d inside. The 3 Bedroom was a perfect set up for my roommates and I. I had the master bedroom, which was huge and private! It's been about 2-3 years since I've lived there, but I'm sure it hasn't changed much! People think it's too far from the UC Davis campus, but it's actually only a ten minute drive... you can either take the freeway or go through town on Cowell Blvd. My only peeve about this complex is that it's directly across from a Fire Station, so expect to be waken up by sirens on some nights... it's not bad though, just don't live on the side that's directly across from it like I did!
