Move in was great, but getting a hold of the leasing office in NEAR IMPOSSIBLE. The message says that they are out on property and should return within 15 min. I've tried calling every 5 - 10 min for 45 min - hour and everytime I get VM. No need to leave a message, they may return it in a day or two. DO NOT COUNT on them returning your call within 15-30 min. Apparently mannagement doesn't remember what the answering machine says.
MAKE sure you clarify the lease...need I say more.
