management is terrible!

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
 
parking is terrible, laundry constantly stolen, repairs never completed, no one in office, a few rude neighbors, management losing paperwork... (the list continues). This complex is good if you have pets. There aren't many apartments that would allow you to have dogs.
