Was Ok, new management worse than before

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2006
 
We have had two different apartments here since 2001 and we have seen a steady decline in the management. We have always had difficulty getting things repaired, one broken washer replaced with another and another. Then the same thing with the refridgerator. The second toilet hasn't worked since day one. Trouble with neighbors was never dealt with. etc etc. The new management has been nothing but rude, and asking questions seems to make it all worse. We are done with Ellington.
