Fairfield Properties (based in San Diego) took over in October of 2006. They seem to know nothing of Davis. While the complex is still quiet, they demoted the best manager they had since we've lived here -- Carrie -- and replaced her with two managers that never show up to work. The first manager (I think her name was Monica') seemed to be a facade. I've rarely seen her, but have heard her yelling on the phone to her boyfriend when the office door is open. The second manager seems pretty trashy with an attitude. She's definately NOT from Davis, and doesn't fit in here. She's pushy and bossy when she doesn't need to be, and she's not very pleasant to deal with. I pay a lot of money to live in Davis...if I wanted white trash I'd move to Sacramento. I'm moving ASAP.

Yes Carrie was lovely and the new management is all about taking what they can get from their residents and ripping them off. It's terrible.
