Many residents that come and go through Ellington's Insane Assylum go on to graduate to a full blown state mental ward. With a 80% graduation rate, Ellington is the perfect place to lose one's marbles, drool and pee on other residents while simultaneously clapping hysterically and eating applesauce. After a few years of the Smellington Experience, one should be quite adept in all aspects of dementia, retardation, depression, crying, helplessness, as well as how to properly administer phenobarbitol to the overactive ones. Overall, not recommended for the mentally sound, and if one is already a borderling basketcase, you are probably already here. Free the residents... please free the residents. The residents are occasionally abused with wiffle ball bats at random from the authorities that be.
