This is the worst place I've ever lived. All I have to say is that they better not take anything out of my deposit when I leave because there is NO WAY that anyone other than the previous tenant cleaned anything before I moved in. Okay, well, MAYBE the carpets were cleaned...MAYBE. Parking is fine, apartment size is pretty good, but the rent is high (even for Davis), appliances are old (energy efficient' HA!), the walls are soft (I don't know how else to describe it, but I'm afraid to hang a large frame), the lighting fixtures are totally random, most of the equipment in the gym is broken and the laundry facilities are expensive ($1.10 for each) especially considering we already pay $25/month for water and why $1.10' The repairs made since I moved in have been poorly done and staff doesn't appear to follow up on work done by contractors (or they don't care that contractors have done a poor job too). They are now offering $500 to refer friends...I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Watch out they charged me to replace the carpet even though it was really old and gross before I moved in and I put it on my walk in!!!
