I've lived here for two months now and I still can't find anything wrong with it. I only have one car so I'm happy with the one assigned covered spot, although it's quite small and can get a little annoying. I live in an upstairs unit and I have NEVER heard a thing from the neighbors. I never had a problem with noise. The apartment is quite spacious with enough room and closet. A/C and heat works fine, appliances are good despite being on the old side. It's not an beautiful home or anything but fully functional. I'm pretty happy with it since I'm only in the area for 6 months, and I have a $899 rent specials for the duration and first month free :D Saved me over a thousand. However, without the specials and discount, I don't know if it's worth the price. It's not that luxurious, fitness center is kind of broken, the sauna is kind of gross, and the apartment is old. But I like the management people, they know me by name, and fix things quickly.
