all the reviews from 2008 are correct. The leasing office tends to not tell you about the water bill till after you sign the lease.
They also do short term leases (this is why i choose them, although they are overpriced). But if you want to renew the lease and sign another short term one, they will tell you they have "only 11 month lease available". Also the office people tend to leave early . Sometimes they show up at 1 pm and most of the days they are gone by 3 pm. The appliances are old. To use the dishwasher you need to clean the dishes before you put them in and after you take them out (because detergent will still be on them). Also, the cleaning before moving in is a joke. The guy before me had a dog and I kept finding dog hair all around my appartment after I moved in.
