Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2004
Management: Recently changed (2003); no new pets allowed; current dogs must be walked to 3 blocks in order for them to go to the bathroom since management will yell if they go on the property; management goes on vacation, and you will be charged for help if it is a "non-emergency" - (non-emergencies include toilets not working and heat not working - we waited 1 weeks to get heat fixed
Wireless DSL: the latest selling point - doesn't work for all units - don't count on it
Grounds: management refused to plant grass on the big pile of dirt outside our apartment, we spent $84 planting our own sod so we could have grass
Apartment layout: we can't fit a table in our 2 bedroom, and the 2nd bedroom is slightly larger than a walk-in closet
