Absolute hell. The maintainance guy is a total -------. He delivered something to my door which was open so when I heard the knock, I asked who is it. As he walked away he said "your mama". They tried to kick me out before my rent was up! I worked most of the day and was going to do my final cleaning the last night of the month. They told me I had to have the place clean by 6pm when I had paid rent until midnight. When the same guy cleaned the gutters, he intentionally splashed the mud, leafs, and dirt all over my patio chairs, bike and window. They also kept too much of my deposit. I wrote the management company to complain but they did not respond. Live anywhere in Davis EXCEPT here.
