Think carefully before you move here

I wouldn't recommend Fifth Ave Apartments. I lived there just over a year. The managers, Acadia Apartments, are ruthless, rude, and intimidating. (The on-site manager is very nice and responsive.) There are other places in Davis just as nice, so take time to search. Don't let them convince you Fifth Ave is the only place to find a good apartment.
