Manager stole things from my porch

This was in early 1999, and there's probably a different manager there now, but I'm still mad. Management gave everyone notice that they would be taking stuff from people's porches on a certain date. I was away from my apartment the night before, but I planned to (and did) get back by 6 am to put the things from my porch into my apartment. I would never have guessed that the manager would be so eager and get up so early to do this, when every other time he said he would do something, it would always be weeks late. When I got home, everything was gone. The manager had taken my brand new garden hose to the dump, along with a few other things, and kept the things he wanted for himself. He did give me back the stuff he kept for himself, but there was no way to retrieve the things he took to the dump. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ
