I lived at these apartments way to long about 1 year at first the manager was very helpful in taking your rent, but that's where the friendliness ended. The tenants that lived there never kept up the place and as for the kids they were never looked after either. The children would run around at all hours of the evening and if you complained the parents would somehow find out that it was you and they would have there children fight with your kids or they would comfront you themselves which is so sandbox. And the manager who lived on sight did not want to be bothered about anything during her off hours, but than again she was hardly ever in her office when she was supposed to be either. And once she had her own kid, she became an even nastier person to try to talk to.
