Gp is one of those places that won't come hauntin after you after you move in. The complex is around 2 years old, which is really nice because we've not yet had one repair done since we moved in. Appliances are quite new, hot water all the time etc., you won't find some of the other common woes at GP, trust me. The rent is fairly reasonable too. The only complaint I have is the distance, if it were on the G-line GP would be the perfect place to live at.
