This is your basic apartment complex. By Davis standards, yes it is nice. Carpet is clean, fixtures are new, appliances are in working order. There is a bus stop right out side. Free coffee, donuts, and cookies. However, the walls are thin and there can be a bit of noise in the evenings. The walls were not fully painted, rather they spot painted before I moved in. There were also still thumbtacks in the walls and someone had pinned flowers to the wall and it had not been taken down prior to my move-in. Very odd. They changed my lighting fixture in the bedroom, stood on my bed to do so (leaving footprints on my sheets) and did not clean up after themselves. This is probably one of the better places in Davis but there is really nothing "wow this is great!" about the place. Unless you are swayed by free food.
