I lived here a couple years ago, moved out because they kept increasing the rent massively every year and I got tired of never getting any maintenence done. The manager is really sweet, totaly helpfull and a wonderful person, but the realty company that owns it and is responsible for management works about as good as a one legged man in an ass kicking contest. It takes MONTHS to get anything done. The apartments look a little run down, but the rooms are HUGE and the floor plan is apealing. Overall, I did alright there, but I would probably think twice about renting there again unless rent was amazingly cheap.
