Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
Other than the cheap rent there is nothing great about this place. If something breaks in your apartment it will take months to get it fixed. The manager is unorganized. Forget about getting back your security deposit, they will keep it all and hand you a bill instead. Rent with caution.
