I think the management has improve in the last couple of years especially since the handy man lives in the complex. With free internet as the only amenities, Greenbriar is definitely not luxurious. However, it is very homey. Ample space in the kitchen, living, bedrooms, etc. The built in bookshelves in each bedroom are definite plus, especially for students. We never had a problem with noise even on Friday and Saturday nights and it extremely close to the Co-Op and less 10 minute walk to downton.
