I've read some of the reviews, and agree with some, and disagree with others.

I have lived at Greystone for FOUR years, and, yes, have seen management change, but the ladies in the office now are far more willing to work with you if you have situations that can't be helped (like being out of time when rent is due), issues with parking (I've called the office to ask permission for GUESTS to park in THEIR spots) when there is no parking, computer lab issues, and various other things that you want you management to humanely care about.
They are ALWAYS available if you have questions, issues, or discrepancies regaurding any of their policies, and if your respectful and courteous, they will always show the same in return!

As for maintenance:
Yes! These are huge units, with lots of amenities that are hard to come by, and the team of gentlemen who do the work here are great. They are nice if you see them out, very helpful in their work and polite when in your unit.

As for Greystone as a whole:
Since we have the new set of managers, I've seen the level of tenant service excel through the roof.
We have hot dog days every other week, sometimes barbecues, (all free for renters), fully equipped computer lab, 24 hr access to the club house (which is handy for studying) and a host of other things you can't find anywhere else!

All in all,your not going to get 100% of what you want 100% of the time, but they come darn close!

RENT HERE! I haven't complained about my living situation like my other friends who live other places have!

hey man, I lived there from 1984 to 1987 and loved it!! Third floor overlooking the Jacuzzi (now theres a shrub planted in it) - I never had SOOOO MUCH SEX in my entire life - whew! LOL - it was GREAT!
