the management has been great to us, but only because my roommate bonded with her over hairstyles. she refuses to address the parking problem (she handed out permits, but does not tow non-residents nor regulate people who park in the "red zones", leading to actual residents who pay rent having to walk blocks and blocks home in the cold/rain because of nowhere to park), but maintenance is great- if you request something to be fixed, it will definitely be done within two days (often within the same day as the request)
