To make a long story short, there were lots of problems (leaky roof, faulty front door, etc.), it was FILTHY when we got it and they took away most of the security deposit, even though it was spotless. This was after they told us that all we needed to do to get all of the deposit back was to "make sure it was clean". We left it so much cleaner than the people before us did. Maybe the amount of the deposit returned is correlated to how much the manager, Sarah, liked you, or how much/little trouble you caused. Sarah's very moody and not very nice either. Her office hours are about 10:30-11:45 and 2:00 to about 5:00, maybe earlier sometimes. So it's really a pain to get anything done. mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH
