Lakeshore Landing Apartments

Lakeshore From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/11/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   I like living at Lakeshore, this is my second year, and it's one of the best complexes in Davis based on spaciousness, floor plans, and amenities, but there is plenty to detract from the whole picture. While apartments all over Davis remain empty, Lakeshore's prices have increased with the best, leaving me to wonder how much they really want tenants. Then there's the turnover of staff. In two years they've had a number of changes in office staff, and it seems that every time I need help from maintenance, they send a new person. Thankfully they most always fix the problem, but I'm the kind of person who likes to trust the person(s) entering my apartment, or at least know their name. The office staff is friendly, Andi is a solid member of management, and has been here a while, doing all she can for "her" tenants. However, as for the manager, I miss the friendliness and professionalism of Shelly, who was here last year. While I highly recommend the apartments of Lakeshore, and am sure that the management is better than most in Davis, Lakeshore has "managed" itself into the ranks of all the others in Davis.
