Agree with the most of good points, having lived at Lakeshore for several years. MANY improvements have been made, the landscaping especially. Do not appreciate all of the staff changes, and quite frankly this is becoming old. While most staff have been helpful, as stated, hours and quality not always reliable, and staff usually isnt the brightest, although there have been an exception or two (no longer here, however). Agree with one other review which mentioned Ramon, the maintenance man, who has been one steady and positive factor. Have wished for a long time for more access to the clubhouse, but have given up on this. Am tiring of the worn looking exterior, but am told it will finally be painted this Spring. With all that said, this is the most unique place I have found, due to the spacious interior, and the lake. Noise not a problem overall, but for the occasional disturbance.
