I just wanted to talk about my first impression of this complex and the staff. I have posted on past apartments because I think it's nice to know about the place before you decide to live there. I moved into my apartment at Lakeshore on Monday and have never been more happy! The main reason is because of their front desk staff. They have a very friendly and professional leasing assistant named Marina. She was by far the most attentive and accomodating management staff I have been helped by in my years as a renter. She was quick on her feet to help me and gave me all the information I needed to set up utilities and services. She also made sure to check over everything in my apartment and made sure everything was perfect that day. There was a minor maintenance issue and she sent Ramon (very friendly and courteous just like Marina) over immediately to take care of it. The fastest response I've ever had! I am so excited to know I can walk into the office and be greeted with a warm smile, positive attitude, and attentive service. I will post later to let everyone know if this continues to be my experience. So far though I have been highly impressed!
