I lived here for a year. The worst thing about these apartments is the price. It's really not worth it unless you have more than one person in a bedroom. On the other hand, the floorplans are very spacious so you can easily fit two people per room in most plans. I lived in a 2 bed/2 bath with 4 people and it was not crowded at all. It's usually pretty quiet, except we had a 400lb lady living above us and it sounded like we were living below tap dancing elephants. They do allow pets, so be prepared to live with the neighbors' obnoxious weiner dogs yapping whenever a car pulls in to the driveway. During the week, the maintenance guys crank up the leaf blower at like 7am in the morning so it's next to impossible to sleep in. The buses come by all the time, no problem getting to campus if you don't have a car or bike, although it only takes about 10 minutes to bike to campus. The building seems to be mostly students, although I've seen some older professionals around as well. Parking kind of sucks. It's hard to get a place in the parking lot, so be prepared to park on the street. The appliances are mediocre, and our kitchen was way too small for 4 people. Also, the layout of the complex is very hotel-like. Three stories of apartments packed on top of one another: you're pretty cozy with your neighbors. The lighting is good, so good we had to pad our bedroom window with layers of curtains just to get enough darkness to sleep at night. The maintenance guys are great. We had several problems while we lived there, and the maintenance guys were always over within hours to fix it. We even called them in the middle of the night once when our sink backed up. I had stuff stolen out of my car in the parking lot the one time I forgot to lock ONE of my doors, and since the complex is full of students, no one has a clue how to park. Be prepared to receive a good number of dings and scratches on you car from idiots bumping into you and opening their doors on your car. I had my car hit and scratched at least a couple dozen times in the parking lot. Of course no one leaves a note or owns up. The pool is kind of gross, and the gym is basically non-existent. I certainly don't love it, but if I had to live there again I would think about it.
