	I've lived here since Jan of 06 and just renewed my lease. The complex is clean and the landscaping is always kept up. The management has done everything to make our stay a very enjoyable one.

	I've lived here for 2 years, and with another year to go in Davis, they couldn't pay me to stay here!! Management is terrible- nothing ever done about noise, and parking complaints. Parking lot drinking parties outside my front door ... more
