Cons:
1) Very expensive rent costs
2) Parking is pretty difficult to find, but they have a security guy who consistently comes everyday to check for non-residential parkers to have their cars towed.
I've seen him have cars towed on more than one occasion.
3) Next to In & Out.
The smell kinda gets to u after awhile.
Then again, u get used to it and forget the burger smell.
Pros:
1) Management is great.
They're always in the main office until 5pm on weekdays.
Very friendly and tries very hard to satisfy all tenants.
I had a flat tire one day, and one of the maintenance guys called me up just to remind me not to drive with my flat.
They perform regular maintenance on our apt's too - checking our water heater, making sure smoke detectors have batteries, etc.
2) Lots of amenities: hot tub, pretty girls, large pool (6 ft deep & is pretty rectangular), BBQ area
3) Safe area
4) Clean.
Never had a bug infestation.
5) Next to In & Out.
Good stuff!
