The landlord has 2 faces. THe nice one to get you to sign the lease, and the "mean" one after you've signed. The complex is old, has no gym, the laundry machines don't work well at all, the pool is always dirty, and the landlord is never there. The deposit is $500 and the rent for a one bedroom is $800.
There are spiders and bugs all over the place.
The landlord never assigned parking and the other day she had my boyfriend's truck towed! It's not worth it!!! Terrible place to live..
