The complex is well maintained,serene andquiet circumstances. The order requests are usually taken care immediately. The ground and circumstances are nice. The building is sometimes 1980's, and I heard no asbestos or lead paints were used. The wall has good structure to avoid sounds/heats in the summer, which is great virtue in hot Davis. The trivial complaints, if I would have, are; 1.commom washer&dryer are not working well, 2.you should get to appartment office in office hour to receive huge package (the service person can deliver to your room, but they open without pre-notice!!), 3.the spa&pool are a little bit dirty, and spa's temp is too low. Except them, Meadow Ridge is pretty recommendable.
