good place for rather cheap rent fee

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
I am living in 2bed 1bath.

The apartment is a little old but spacious and enough closet.

It has a independent closet for personal launday machine that is good for cleaning baby clothes.

I am satisfied in this apartment.

The only uncomfortable thing is that rent office is closed rather frequently.
