This little complex has a lot of pluses. It has assigned parking, in within walkin distance to the school and shopping and even has an elevator. The units are all one bedrooms so there arent a lot of roommate dramatics. Most of the students are older and international.

The manager is really nice and is willing to help out and is really a good neighbor too.

The biggest problem is that maintenance is always changing...different person all the time-it slows the response time down but everthing gets taken care of in a fair amount of time...
