I?ve been here for a couple of years already, and it used to be a great place to live when Wes was here. Beware, though, we have a new apartment manager now...you thought Wes was flaky'''...She won?t fix anything, won?t respond to complaints about outrageously, unnecessarily loud neighbors, not to mention, she loves to wield her new power, getting into people?s business, even if they?re not bothering anyone and have always been good tenants. She told us to take down something from our balcony because it looked too "white trash" (by the way, if you met her, you?d know she?s really one to talk!)



I have also heard complaints from people that there have been unlawful entries by the apartment manager, although no one has pressed the issue yet. I?m really dissappointed and plan to move ASAP. It?s too bad. I guess Wes just spoiled us. He was a good guy and always kept the pool and building very clean.



If it weren?t for the apartment manager, though, it would be a really great place to live, due to the location, the balconies, and there are some really nice people that live here. It?s generally pretty quiet, too, but this is changing because the apartment manager doesn?t enforce those type of things. It was also nice because everyone has their own parking spot, but now people park in our spot all the time. Again, lack of enforcement.
