I am currently renting an apartment here, and I have been nothing but pleased with the place. Patrick, the manager, is excellent; very professional, friendly, and he honestly cares a great deal about the complex. He even has get-togethers for the tenants, like barbecues and brunches! The rent is a bit on the steep side for one-bedroom apartments, but it's SO close to campus that it's totally worth it. Plus, it's right in front of a quiet park and a block away from a shopping center with a department store, Starbucks, sports bar, Chinese restaurant, and World Market. Some moght be concerned with the fact that it's sandwiched between two freshman dorms, but I haven't had any problems with noise or anything like that. I would highly recommend living here!
