The apartment complex is owned by slumlords! Nothing is fixed, I have been lied to several times. Other tenants have told me that their locks weren't changed between them and the last tenant. And get this: they knew because a key was left in the apartment. What did the mangement say' Told them they should be happy that they have an extra key. Sure, Davis is safe, but do you want anyone to have free access to your apartment''' Not to mention the fact that violant crimes do occur in our community. Letters are constantly sent out to warn women against stalkers (with video-cameras), yet we still don't have any sort of security. Parking is limited, and outright ridiculous during the school year. There is also a arson who enjoys setting the dumpters on fire. This is not a nice place to live! Considering that I paid over $400 and hate being in my home. I should have gone for a more expensive apartment, in a more convenient location! It would have been far more worth it. Additionally since the insulation is so poor, you will end up paying for the difference in utilities during the winter, or freeze your ass off!
