If I could do it again I probably wouldn't live here. The landscaping is awful I swear the sprinklers don't work and half the grass is either dead in front of you or you have no grass at all. The pest problem here is horrible. As you saw in the previous posting there are termites here and yes they fly like flies around you. I've also had some odd bugs come into my room quite frequently must be the bad cracks I don't seee in my room that they painted over. Yes they paint over everything to solve the problem I have a big hole in my wall that they painted over. It is dented in and looks grotesque. In addition, here are fleas of some sort here I got bitten first day I moved in here. PLus I also got my car jacked while I was here someone ripped my headlights out of my car for fun or something cost me $50 to replace it and many hours of labor to get the new one in. Also I got a lousy parking ticket cuz there was no parking at night $80. Where were the police when my car was getting jacked' NO where. ALso the insulation is the worst I've been in since I was in davis 5 years. plus the noise is horrible. If anyone near you plays a stereo you will hear it and I assure you will not enjoy their oldies or country music. Plus talking and laughing is always heard even at 1am at night. So brace yourselves....for some hell.
