What complex doesn't'''

I have lived at Parkside for a long time and I have never had a truly bad time here. The surroundings and apartments are nice (huge frontrooms, good sized bedrooms, good lighting because of so many windows) and above all the management and staff are very helpful and friendly!

A gripe (not JUST to Parkside - but to all the complexes in Davis): STOP RAISING THE RENT EVERY YEAR! Yikes, it scares me that at the rate of increase each year around Davis that one day I might be paying $1000 dollars for my 1 bedroom one day at Parkside - That's scary! Knock on wood that doean't happen, otherwise - Davis will be a ghosttown - no one will be able to afford it!

On a better note: The Parkside amenties are quit nice! They have a fitness room, clubroom with a pool table, study room with computers and internet connection, and a huge laundry room! Oh ya, and how can I forget the large 8 foot deep pool and gigantic spa! It's awesome! They also have fun monthly parties for us residents - I especially like the pool parties!

Other cool things about Parkside is, it's on 3 bus lines P Q &E and more! There is a Yolo bus that takes you to Woodland, Sac and even to Vacaville! The bike ride to campus is about 15 min. and walking (if you don't have a car or bike) to downtown or to near by stores is actually not so bad! It's about a 20 min. walk to downtown, and about a 10 to 15 minute walk to the Nugget/ Longs nearby and about the same to the Alberson's (Anderson Plaza) center.

Overall it's an enjoyable place to live.
