I would avoid this complex if you can. It has a parking problem. The insulation in the walls is not sufficient and you hear most things your neighbors do. The people running the place are so so and put big signs for everyone to see on your door when they want to communicate. It has some real noisy college students that have regular parties till all hours of the night.
