My roommate have lived in this complex for four years now with no major complaints. We do see some ants in the winter, but with traps and cleaning they lasted for no more than 2 weeks. We have never seen any rodents, cockroaches, or flies....(and no, we are not neat freaks for anything, but we do try to keep things somewhat tidy). We love the management because everyone in the office is friendly and helpful. The complex is well-kept and the maintence staff is very good about fixing things (remember, this is an old complex and things occassionally break down) and do not mind if they need to return. Although they have many house calls to make in the beginning of the year, after September they usually arrive on the same day you file a mantainance request.

Furthermore, the rooms are very spacious and pleasant. The only thing that we don't really like about the complex is the noise, but like all things, you adapt and accept that noise is part of living in a college town.

Overall, this is a pretty good place to live for the price and we continue to happily stay another year.
