I lived here for one year and liked it much more than my previous apartment(Americana Arms). The grounds were well kept. The office staff was friendly as well as the maintenance people. I never had any problems with ants or any other related problem.
Parking is a bit difficult, but I could always find a spot somewhere in the area close to my place. Also, I got my c.d. player stolen out of my car. I would recommend living here because they are fair as far as returning the security deposit, unlike many other places in Davis.
