We just signed the lease for Parkside and I can't be more exciting! I'm even on the facebook group "Parkside Apts." The staff was friendly, funny, and honest. The apartment complex is old but we chose a Remodeled apartment and it looks clean and bright with the new white cabinets. They will pay for all pest control (bugs) which is good b/c I was worried about that problem being on the first floor. I can't wait--the price and location are great!
