What a bunch of whiny spoiled brats who all said Parkside sucked! Tell me one complex in Davis that doesn't have thin walls - it would be called a house. Don't live in an apartment if you think it's going to be quiet. And also tell me one place that doesn't have a bug problem. It's Davis, it's the way it is. Might as well live in a bubble. I like Parkside and already signed a renewal lease. Oh, and on behalf of the Management, you've always treated me great - that's why I signed for another year!
